Restoration-Grade Upholstery Cleaning
Deep hot-water extraction that revives sofas, sectionals, and chairs to showroom condition.
Starting from $79 per piece
Your furniture is one of the largest investments in your home, and everyday life is hard on it: body oils, spills, sunscreen, sand, and Florida humidity work their way deep into the fibers where a vacuum can never reach. Deep Clean Warrior treats upholstery cleaning as restoration, not a quick surface wipe.
Using professional hot-water extraction and pH-balanced, pet- and kid-safe solutions, we lift embedded soil, neutralize odor at the source, and restore the original texture and color of your fabric, without over-wetting the cushion core.

FAQ
Upholstery Cleaning Questions
How long does upholstery take to dry?
Most pieces are dry within 3 to 6 hours thanks to our rapid-dry grooming and powerful extraction. Air movement and Florida humidity affect timing, so we can leave an air mover running on request.
Is the cleaning safe for pets and children?
Yes. We use non-toxic, biodegradable, pH-balanced solutions that are safe for pets and kids once dry. We remove odor at the source rather than covering it with perfume.
Can you remove old or set-in stains?
We remove the large majority of stains. Some dye-based or heat-set stains are permanent, but we always tell you honestly what to expect after our fabric assessment.
How often should I deep-clean my upholstery?
For most Southwest Florida homes we recommend every 12 months, or every 6 months with pets, kids, or heavy beach use, to stay ahead of humidity, dust mites, and odor.
